Cabrillo’s Inaugural Athletic Hall of Fame

Induction Ceremony Saturday, January 23, 7 – 9 p.m. Seascape Resort

For the first time in the history of Cabrillo College, the Athletics Department is celebrating the induction of athletes, coaches, and community leaders into the Cabrillo College Athletic Hall of Fame. A portion of the evening will honor Cabrillo’s first football coach, Mr. Larry Simmering, and members of the 1959-1960 team.

In addition, the following people will be inducted for outstanding character in their community as well as their stellar contributions to their teams: Brendon Ayanbadejo, Football
