Big Brothers Big Sisters Big Fundraiser at Boardwalk Bowl
In addition to leading bowling teams and fundraising efforts for their companies, Sisk and Rice have also agreed to make additional donations to Big Brothers Big Sisters if their team ends up with a lower score, or raises less money than their rival. “Nothing is better than a little friendly competition between two Santa Cruz companies, where the winner, no matter what, is Big Brothers Big Sisters,” said Jon P. Sisk, Lighthouse Bank president.
“We’re extremely proud to be a major sponsor of Bowl for Kids’ Sake,” said Boardwalk president Karl Rice. “We look forward to competing with Lighthouse Bank to support a great cause and we encourage other businesses to sign up for this fun event.”
Individuals raising $125 or more receive an event T-shirt; individuals that raise over $200 receive an event sweatshirt; and those that raise over $250 will be offered Grab Bag prizes. Additionally, a Grand Prize of two nights in a two-bedroom villa at Seascape will be awarded to the top fundraiser.
