Aromas Bands Together

Adopt-a-Family Program (Aromas Grange) Join Aromas musicians as they kick off the holiday season with a special concert to help families in need at the second annual Aromas Bands Together, Sat. Nov.30, at the Aromas Community Grange Hall. Last year’s inaugural event raised approximately $3,000 for Adopt-A-Family, a program of the Aromas Grange that makes the holiday season brighter for local families that are down on their luck.

The event features performances from Aromas bands that volunteer their talents for this special evening. The lineup was still being set at press time, however, event organizers have confirmed that local favorite, Carr Creek Crossing, has agreed to perform again this year.

The event is sponsored by KPIG, the Aromas Eagles and the Rotary Club of San Juan Bautista.

“We are thrilled by the generous donations of the time and talent of our local groups,” said Mindy Briggs, co-chair of Adopt-A-Family. “The Aromas Bands Together concert makes it possible for us to reach out to more families and truly help them in meaningful ways.”

Concert ticket recommended donations are $15 for adults, $10 for children. Food, beer and wine will be available for a separate charge, and we’re adding a special “Late Night” show this year at the Aromas Grill with a separate cover charge.

Doors open at 6pm. The music starts at 7 p.m. The late show at the Aromas Grill starts at 10 p.m.
