This year we did something we’ve never done before, a Community Float. This float was not judged and was simply meant to be a fun community float that was available to the entire community, locals and tourist alike, to work on. We thought it be fun to have a float that represents what the Begonia Festival and Capitola stand for:  community. Dozens of people, from near and far,  worked to make this float a success.
