Cabrillo College will host a Community Forum regarding its Aptos Campus student housing project on Monday, June 5 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cabrillo College Aptos Campus Horticulture Center, 6500 Soquel Drive, Aptos. All community members are invited to attend.
During the Forum, College representatives including Dr. Matt Wetstein, President and Superintendent, and Dr. Bradley Olin, Vice President of Administrative Services will discuss the State grant received by Cabrillo to build a 624-bed student housing project in partnership with UCSC. Visuals of the site massing studies will be displayed at the event for community members to view an open Q&A session will follow.
The College sent a postcard mailing to approximately 2,500 nearby residents and businesses early last week, inviting them to the Forum.
Following this event, the Cabrillo College Board of Trustees will consider the Addendum, which is scheduled for the June 2023 board meeting on June 12, at 6:00 p.m.
