Child Molest Suspect

On 5/13/13, Deputies arrested Eric Ichtertz for charges of lewd and lascivious acts with a juvenile.  On 5/22/14 at approximately 1:00p.m., Deputies arrested Eric Ichtertz for child molestation and attempting to dissuade a victim from his previous lewd acts case from testifying by offering her money and illegal drugs.

After further investigation of Ichtertz, deputies believe that there may possibly exist additional victims of child molest. Ichtertz is known to associate with teenage runaways in the Aptos and Capitola areas.
