SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – The Culvert Replacement Project will replace failed culverts along State Route 1 in Santa Cruz County between Davenport Landing and Waddell Creek will begin Monday, March 23 at 6 am. The southbound lane will be closed Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 4 pm, and every Friday 6 am to 3 pm throughout the project. Work is anticipated to be completed by June 1, 2015. Motorists can expect delays up to 10 minutes.
The contractor for this $218,000 project is Granite Construction Company of Watsonville, CA.
