Dignity Health-Dominican Opens New Urgent Care Center In Capitola

SANTA CRUZ, CA – Dignity Health Medical Group announced the opening of its new urgent care in Capitola at 1820 41st Avenue, Suite C. The location is next to BevMo and McDonalds and across 41st Ave. from the Capitola Mall. Offering same-day treatment for non-emergency medical conditions, the center is open seven days a week, 365 days a year from 12 noon – 8 p.m.
The new urgent care will be staffed by Board-certified family medicine specialists Danessa Brown, MD, and Pallavi Sharma, MD. Together with their team of physician assistants, they will provide same-day care for a range non-emergency medical issues including: • Colds, Coughs, and Flu • Sore Throats • Earaches • Cuts, Abrasions, & Lacerations • Fractures Strains, & Sprains • Burns • Bruises • Upset Stomach & Vomiting • Allergic Reactions • Urinary Infections • Insect Bites & Rashes • Sports Physicals
