Dignity Health Hospital Welcomes New Pediatrician; Pediatric Nurses

Pediatric Services Times Publishing Group Inc tpgonlinedaily.comDominican Hospital, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, welcomes new pediatrician Komal Afzal, DO, and two new pediatric nurse practitioners Julia Greenwood, NP, and Aaron Klein, NP. All three are now accepting new patients and join Robert Moler, MD, and Jeremiah Wheeler, DO, at the Pediatrics office located at 1820 41st Avenue, Suite D, in Capitola. Pediatrician Komal Afzal, DO, graduated from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in New Jersey. She completed her Pediatrics residency at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, where she was named Resident of the Year. Dr. Afzal speaks Spanish, Hindi, and Punjabi. Dr. Afzal’s special clinical interests include nutrition, preventive health and population health.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Julia Greenwood graduated from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. She speaks Spanish and her special clinical interests include adolescent medicine and developmental disabilities.


Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Aaron Klein graduated from the University of California, San Francisco. His special clinical interests include adolescent health.
