The Aptos/La Selva Fire District will be offering a free community CPR class on Thursday, January 16th, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The class will feature the hands-only method of CPR for infants, children and adults, as well as a brief segment on AED (Defibrillator) usage. This class is perfect for babysitters, new parents, or anyone needing basic CPR training, though it is meant for the general public, and not meant as certification for medical professionals.
The class will be held at the A/LSFD Admin office, at 6934 Soquel Drive in Aptos. Space is limited, so advanced registration is required, either via email (sarahm@aptosfire.com) or by calling our Admin office at 831-685-6690.
