Motorists traveling southbound on Highway 1 at Salinas Road, just south of Watsonville, will encounter a closure of the offramp and the right lane from 6 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 12.
A temporary detour will be available, and motorists can expect delays up to 5 minutes.
Electronic message signs will be activated to inform the public.
