SANTA CRUZ COUNTY (CAPITOLA) – The Highway 1 off-ramps in both directions at Bay Avenue/Porter Street will be closed between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon this Sunday, July 27 for the Santa Cruz-to-Capitola Wharf-to-Wharf Race.
While these ramps are closed, message signs will be used to direct southbound Highway 1 motorists to exit at Park Avenue. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) will be present to provide traffic control.
