Tabasa Gardens, a 53-unit affordable complex developed and managed by Eden Housing, is accepting applications until 5 p.m. Oct. 9.
Tabasa Gardens is at 1482 Freedom Blvd, one mile from downtown Watsonville. The community will serve residents earning between 25% to 50% of the area’s median income, which is $28,000 to $56,000 for a two-person household.
There are one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Half of the units are set aside for farmworkers and six units are dedicated to households experiencing homelessness.
Zimmerman + Associates is the architect. Bogard Construction is the builder.
