The Salinas Road Interchange, located just north of Moss Landing near the Santa Cruz county line, includes a new three lane structure (Salinas Road) over Highway 1, with three diamond-type ramps and one southbound loop on-ramp.

The new interchange adds vital safety improvements to the original, at-grade intersection, improves access for local businesses and residents and reduces delays for the 43,000 vehicles that travel this section of Highway 1 every day.
