Leo the Lion Look-a-Like

By Mandi Hart

POTW_Leo Leo the Lion Times Publishing Group Inc tpgonlinedaily.comGorgeous is an understatement for this big and beautiful three-year-old Maine Coon mix. Leo’s coat is as full and luxurious as a lion’s mane but unlike the king of the jungle, he’ll let you pet him all day. He’s kind, calm, gentle, and looking for a nice indoor home to call his own for the holiday and beyond.

Leo was originally thought to be feral cat but it soon became apparent that he desired to be inside of a home in the company of humans. He loves attention, being pet, doesn’t mind being held and seems to know his way around a litter box. Even though he’s a larger cat, he doesn’t mind being picked up and held and will melt into you with his head on your shoulder. Once he is comfortable in an environment you will see Leo shine his brightest.

This beautiful kitty prefers human attention and is shy and reserved around other cats, however, we can see him adjusting to a home with another mellow cat or cat friendly dog. Because of his hair-length, Leo will be on the higher end of the shedding spectrum and will also need to be brushed out regularly to avoid heavy matting. Behold a loyal lap cat with the looks of a lion, come on down and take a look!
