Teddy Bears with Heart is a Den of Good Bears of the World. Good Bears of the World (GBW) is a non-profit 501©3 organization which provides teddy bears to children of all ages, where love, solace, and comfort can make a difference. Last year alone, they gave out 20,000 to children in need including victims of floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, and domestic violence, both in the United States and abroad. Their bears are also given to many sick, injured, and underprivileged children, as well as, lonely seniors.
Help bring comfort to children and adults in crisis by donating a teddy bear to Teddy Bears with Heart this summer. There are collection barrels at all 10 library branches of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries.
Teddy Bears with Heart supplies teddies to hospitals, police officers, firefighters and emergency responders in Santa Cruz County to help bring comfort to people dealing with illness or trauma.
