Meeting About 1500 Capitola Road

On Thursday, October 11, from 6:30 – 8 p.m. Mid-Pen Housing will be discussing an affordable housing and community services project on County-owned property at 1500 Capitola Road near 17th Avenue. The meeting takes place at Live Oak Elementary School, 1916 Capitola Rd, Santa Cruz.

They invite the community to come together again for Mid-Pen Housing to present a revised proposal, discuss the basis for design decisions, answer questions, and outline next steps.
