Pajaro Valley Survey on School Reopening: June 3-8

VUSD Conducts Student, Parent and Staff Needs Assessment to Plan for Reopening of School Year 2020-2021

Over the last several weeks, a group of 50 Pajaro Valley Federation of Teachers, California School Employees Association and Pajaro Valley Unified School District administrators have been working on the contingency plans for reopening schools for the 2020-2021 school year, with the first priority being the emotional, mental, and physical health of the students, families and staff.

Now they would like to hear from the community they serve.

Parents, staff and students are being asked to complete a six-question survey, which is in English and Spanish and will be open from June 3 to June 8.

Michelle Rodriguez

Superintendent of Schools Michelle Rodriguez said, β€œIt is vitally important for us to understand the perspective of those we serve to create contingency plans reflective of the needs and concerns of our students, staff and community.”
