Volunteers Needed All Weekend: August 17, 18, & 19

Hello Past & Future Volunteers!

This will be our 3rd year serving as co-chairs for this festival and we’ve enjoyed every minute of working with all of you. Our team last year was full of energy, enthusiasm and we had fun!

The 2018 festival date is Sat, Aug 18t & Sun, Aug 19 but Friday, Aug 17 is the big set up day!

High School students will receive pre-approved community service hours.

This year we will need to double our volunteers on Friday morning to help with the set-up for the artist’s booths, wineries and breweries — all before Noon — When the artists start to arrive!

New this year — we would like to have volunteers to sign up to be “Team Managers” to assist with staffing and supervision in each main area:

• Kid Zone
• Doggy Day (Sunday only)
• Community Patrol/Parking Lot Assistance
• General assistance/ID Check assistance
• Set up/Tear Down (Friday and Sunday only)

For those interested in a Leadership role*, please leave a note on the application under additional comments or questions.

For signing up to volunteer you will receive:

• Festival T-Shirt
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner – All three days!
• Volunteers over 21 will receive a festival glass and drink ticket
• Invitation to Volunteer Appreciation Party!
