It seems like a world away now.

On March 6, before the COVID-19 coronavirus changed everything, Scotts Valley High School hosted its annual Art Night showcasing the work of hundreds of students.

Some of the young artists were in classes that are part of the International Baccalaureate curriculum.

Art Night was organized by art teachers Craig Bowie and Emily Brandt and brought hundreds of students and their proud parents together before anyone knew that they would be ordered to stay home and that social distancing would become a new way of life.
