Senior Circle is a national organization that makes life even better for men and women over 50. As a Senior Circle member, you will join a network of more than 100,000 members nationwide in 140 chapters. The core of the program is their commitment to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle for seniors by providing programs that encourage continued learning, wellness, health and volunteering, coupled with a host of social activities.

Senior Circle membership is only $15 a year, but the benefits can be priceless to your health and happiness. Fitness programs and partnerships, fellowship, special events and educational programs abound, but did I mention yoga?

Yoga instruction, with or without a chair is a fun way to stay in shape. The classes are Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30 am to 10:45. At $2.00 a lesson, it’s a deal you can’t pass up.

The classes take place in the Senior Circle library, at the hospital, where a large assortment of books is available to members.

Stop by and check out the room, the nice folks and if you like communal puzzles, there’s always one in progress. While you are there, find out about the art classes, movies, lectures, parties, trips, discounts and so much more.
