Soquel Elementary School Partners with Goodwill for the Holidays

November 21, 22 and 23 from 10 am – 4 pm

To celebrate the season of gratitude, clean out those closets and let others be thankful for the items you do not need. Goodwill is partnering with Soquel Elementary in a donation drive supporting Discover Goodwill’s employment and education programs. Thanks to the generosity of donors, Discover Goodwill serves tens of thousands of financially and developmentally vulnerable individuals in our community each year through job training, placement and support programs.

The donation event is scheduled for November 21, 22 and 23 from 10 am – 4 pm. The school invites the community to contribute clothing, shoes, house wares, sporting goods, books, toys, working electronics, accessories, linens and other gently-used goods to the trailer that will be parked in the parking lot of Soquel Elementary. Tax receipts will be given to donors. Additionally, the school will receive up to $1,000 if the container gets filled so this is a win-win for the community, those in need, and our youth.
