Supervisor Zach Friend will host the next weekly tele-town hall on Tuesday, June 16 from 6-7 pm with Dr. A. Marm Kilpatrick. Dr. Kilpatrick is a Professor in the Department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology at UCSC and infectious disease expert. He is acting as the scientific advisor to the local Economic Recovery Council and is an expert on how communities reopen after pandemics.
Dr. Kilpatrick will provide the best way the local economy may safely reopen, potential pitfalls and ways we canprotect against future closures.
