San Lorenzo Valley Museum Fundraiser at Scopazzi’s Honoring Local Veterans
Monday November 11, 6 p.m.
Please join our community for dinner at Scopazzi’s Restaurant in Boulder Creek in honoring our local veterans on Veterans Day. This very special evening by, for, and about veterans will highlight a veterans memorabilia area, the Santa Cruz County’s Roll of Honor, and a night of camaraderie singing patriotic songs. Veterans are encouraged to wear their uniforms, hats, and medals and/or bring their military memorabilia to share.
Enjoy a wonderful dinner with your choice of roast beef, salmon, or eggplant Parmesan. We will be spotlighting our San Lorenzo Valley veterans and publicly acknowledging their service.
We look forward to connecting with our veterans who have served from WWII through to the present so please bring a short summary of your military history and a photograph for inclusion in our Collection. Your military history is an important part of our local history and is important to preserve for future generations. Any net proceeds will be used to benefit the Museum and its programs.
Join us at Scopazzi’s Restaurant and Lounge, 13300 Big Basin Way, Boulder Creek, CA. Dinner is $40 in advance, ($35 for veterans and active military personnel) or $45 at the door. Tickets can be purchased at the Museum, Liberty Bank in Felton, Joe’s Bar, Boulder Creek Hardware and the Redwood Keg in Boulder Creek or Online with a credit card at www.slvmuseum.com/tickets_veterans.html
