Camp Loma Upkeep Day

Saturday May 17th and Sunday May 18th

Here’s another great opportunity to enjoy Camp Loma and contribute to its upkeep.

This weekend will be the big push to get the pool cleaned and re-filled, and any final chores done before the first set of campers arrive.

We may have one more weekend in June, in between camp groups but hopefully we won’t need to.

Hope to see you at Camp. 

Come for all day or just come for a couple of hours.

Some things that would be good to bring with you.

• Work Gloves, and maybe eye protection.
• Sunscreen,
• Water or at least a drinking container.
• Personal snacks or lunch
• Clothing layers,  it can be brisk early and late, but really hot during the mid day.
• Wear work clothing, than can get painted or torn, and you won’t cry about it.

Optional Equipment:  (if you have it and wish to use it at camp)

• Rakes, Shovels, Brooms etc.  (make sure they are marked so you will take them home with you)
• Cleaning supplies if you’d like.
• Things like saws, drills etc if you are handy with them.
• Chain saw(s) There is always downed trees to cut up.
• Blower(s), weed whacker(s)
• Paint Brush, rollers etc.  Lots of things to paint.
