Master Recycler Volunteer Training Program
Are you passionate about Zero Waste? Are you ready to learn more about reducing waste, diverting food scraps from the landfill, recycling right, and then educating and inspiring others so they can make a difference too? If you answered yes, then the City of Santa Cruz Master Recycler Volunteer Training Program is for you.
Over five Tuesday evening and two Saturday morning sessions from Feb. 6 to March 5 participants will train to become “Master Recycler Volunteers”. After initial training, course graduates agree to give a minimum of 20 hours of service to put their new skills into practice through education and outreach within the community.
