Alfie (A232307) has been a foster dog for over a week now …
“For our first couple of days in foster, Alfie was a little worrisome. Shelter staff told me he probably just needed some time to decompress. Sure enough, last night he came walking out of his kennel and hopped up in my lap. He curled right up and fell asleep. We’ve been side-by-side since then!
He loves being in the company of humans and excels at treat-motivated games. He will make some adopting person very happy.”
Being a Foster Volunteer can make a world of difference to a pet in need!
Alfred is a neutered, eight-year-old, black and tan, Chihuahua, with a ton of love packed into only six and a half pounds.
