SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A project to construct a retaining wall with concrete slab and barrier and pave with hot mix asphalt on Hwy. 17 near Scotts Valley, just north of Glenwood Drive will begin next Monday, April 15, Caltrans officials announced today.

- Mondays through Fridays–8 pm to 4:30 am and 10 am to 2pm
- Saturdays and Sundays—10 pm to 9 am
10-15 minute delays expected during lane closures. Work is expected to complete in February 2014, weather permitting.
