Capitola City Council to consider an ordinance adding chapter 12.54 of the Capitola Municipal Code pertaining to regulating skate parks on public property.
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Tuesday, November 25th, 2014, at the hour of 7p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, to consider an Ordinance adding to Chapter 12.54 of the Capitola Municipal Code pertaining to regulating skate parks on public properties.
Interested persons are invited to attend and be heard at the Public Hearing. Testimony may be presented in person or submitted in written from prior to the hearing and made a part of the hearing record.
