Pursuant to the board’s bylaws, applications for the Museum Board members will be received by the City and forwarded to the President of the Museum Board. Applicants will be interviewed by the President and Members of the Museum Board at their February 3, 2015, regular meeting. The President will forward the Board’s recommendations for approval to the City Clerk and Mayor. An appointment to the Museum Board shall be made by the Mayor, subject to the approval of three (3) Council Members (one of whom can be the Mayor) at the Council’s Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, February 26, 2015.

In addition, a notice with an application form is available in the foyer at City Hall, at the Capitola Branch Library, 2005 Wharf Road, and on the City’s Website http://www.cityofcapitola.org/ by clicking on “I Want To” and selecting “Serve on a City Board, Committee, or Commission”.
