El PaJrao Community Development Corp., which has a commercial kitchen in Watsonville for food entrepreneurs, will offer online training for free, with a focus on Spanish-speaking start-ups.The dates:

• Wednesday, Aug. 18 at 6 p.m. Commercial Kitchen Incubator, program orientation, online.
• Thursday, Aug. 19 at 6 p.m. Commercial Kitchens Incubator, program orientation online
• Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 6 p.m., Orientation of the Entrepreneur Program.
