Visually Speaking OPENING RECEPTION
Visually Speaking: Imagery by the Community of Digital Artists
Community of Digital Artists (CODA) is happy to present our members show. The work of 30 members will be shown. We are a group of digital artists working in 2 dimensional visual digital media. Most but not all of us are photographers, some use digital methods other than cameras to create their images. For this show all have printed their work so it can be seen without screens.
Images range from the very close views (using a microscope) to distant landscapes. Subjects range from birds to icebergs and people to buildings with many other topics. Styles are varied including very realistic to quite imaginative.
The show will be on display at the PVA Porter Building in Watsonville, which will be open Saturdays and Sundays, Nov. 9 thru Nov. 24, 11 am to 4 pm.
The opening reception is Friday, Nov. 8, 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
Parking can be found off Maple street at the back of the building, near city offices adjacent to Porter Building and a city parking structure across Main St.
