Watsonville, CA – The next order of business for the Santa Cruz County Fair Management Team is to find an area artist to create the poster artwork for the 2014 Fair.Artists wishing to offer their conceptualized ideas on the theme are encouraged to visit the Fair’s website santacruzcountyfair.com and click on the “Poster Artist Wanted” banner. The concept selected will earn the artist a monetary prize along with the fame associated with creating the annual poster art.
The deadline for submitting a concept is February 28, 2014, and information on the entry process as well as examples of recent posters can all be found atsantacruzcountyfair.com or by emailing [email protected]
The Santa Cruz County Fair celebrates the rich agricultural history of our community and people, and invests heavily in bringing this heritage to our youth. The 2014 Fair will be held September 9-14 at the Fairgrounds located on Highway 152 just east of Watsonville.
