The weather was unseasonably warm on Oct. 7 when the Santa Cruz Cancer Benefit Group hosted Gourmet Grazing on the Green at Aptos Village Park.
Shady spots under the tents were popular.
The foodie, wine and beer event, which raises money for local cancer research and support, attracted 940 attendees and raised $92,500, event director Keikilani McKay said.
“Hopefully next year won’t be so hot,” she added.
