He was patient during a bath. He was cuddly and calm in the car. He was respectful and not pushy with the resident dog. He and the resident cat passed within inches in the living room with no problem. Harvey was un-phased.
He does need some help learning potty rules in a house, but he clearly wants to please. He is worth the short time it takes to fix that issue and it won’t take long for him to figure it out with consistency. He is really sensitive, so someone patient and calm would be a good person for him. At night he snuggled in and stayed in one position all night, peacefully sharing the bed with the dog and cat.
He loves going on walks, will stay close, and is easy on the leash. Once he gains trust, he will make a great sidekick.
Harvey is a neutered male, approximately 8 years old, white and tan smooth-coat Chihuahua.
