Hallinan has been employed at New Leaf since its founding 29 years ago. She originally served as the company’s financial manager, while at the same time buying dairy products, frozen foods, and bread for the original store. She designed the first profit-sharing plan that has been a foundation for how New Leaf staff shares in the company’s success. She also wrote the company’s first business plan that resulted in initial financing to begin to grow the business. Since then, she has been a guiding force for the growth and success that New Leaf has achieved. Hallinan will report to Wendy Collie, Chief Executive Officer of New Leaf Community Markets and New Seasons Market.

New Leaf Co-President Roseman is stepping into a new role in support of both New Leaf and New Seasons Market. A 30-year veteran of the natural and organic food industry, Roseman will serve as the companies’ link to the industry and focus on the companies’ involvement in the B Corporation movement, the Independent Natural Food Retailers Association and other trade groups.

Carrying on a long New Leaf tradition, he will continue to seek out new and innovative products and practices to best serve customers. Roseman will continue to serve on New Leaf’s Board of Directors as well as the New Seasons Board.

With eight stores, New Leaf has been serving the community for 29 years and is committed to offering customers choices that have the most beneficial impact on their health and the health of the environment.
