Mike White is a PBR legend, last year he was inducted in to the Professional Bull Riding Ring of Honor. In 1999 White was the PBR Rookie of the year and PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association) World Champion. He retired in 2010 and now owns a ranch outside DeKalb, Texas and has been raising bucking bulls since his retirement. He has been hauling his bulls to ABBI (American Bucking Bull Inc.) and PBR events for three years now. This year Mike was brought to PBR to ride his horse and to back up the bull fighters by helping to protect the riders from the bull.

The Ring of Honor is given annually to individuals who have made significant impact on the sport. These individuals contribute demonstrate not only superb athleticism but conquer all the challenges the sport brings while having a good attitude. The blood, sweat, heartaches and handshakes of these men carry throughout the sport today. And inspire many currently involved in the sport of professional bull riding.
