This Halloween tradition couldn’t die — and it didn’t, thanks to Greta Feague, a junior at Scotts Valley High School and organizer of the 2020 Haunted House on campus.
Feague wanted to keep the tradition alive, give kids who aren’t trick-or-treating due to safety guidelines — something to do for Halloween.
So this year’s Haunted House is a six-night COVID-safe drive-through event.
More than 100 students helped put the event together, with math teacher Erik Wyner supervising as usual.
Tickets cost $13-$22 per car depending on the night you attend, with all profits going to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Tickets are sold online for specific time slots at svhaunt.org/public/tickets.html.
There are still tickets available for a few time slots on the last night, Oct. 31, so don’t wait!
