The FBI and the Santa Rosa and the Rohnert Park Police Departments are seeking the public’s help in identifying a serial bank robber dubbed the “Hoodie Bandit.”
The Hoodie Bandit is believed to be responsible for three bank robberies, beginning on February 1, 2013, in Sonoma County, California. His latest bank robbery was on February 14, 2013, in Santa Rosa, California. The serial bank bandit is known to use a demand note and has worn a hooded sweatshirt during the robberies. In a robbery on February 1, 2013, at a bank in Santa Rosa, the suspect was seen getting inside a 1990s Jeep Wrangler with faded red paint and a black hard top.
The Hoodie Bandit is believed to be connected to the following bank robberies:

▪ Height: 5’5” to 5’7” tall
▪ Weight: 175 to 200 lbs.
▪ Clothing: A grey sweatshirt and black baseball cap
▪ Remarks: The suspect may be sporting a black goatee.
