Sincere Wishes for Capitola in the New Year (Part 1)
What I wish for Capitola is the tranquility of the winter all year long. MK
I’d like Capitola to remain the jewel that it is with deeper respect for neighborhoods as well as additional quality boutiques and restaurants like Yvonne, Nubia Swimwear, Sweet Asylum, Caruso’s and Pacific Gallery, to name a few. HK
My wish for Capitola in 2014 is the VERY successful opening of our new 230-space parking lot in Lower Pacific Cove and starting to operate the Summer Beach Shuttle from the new lot. We expect to see big improvements in the reduction of Village employee and overflow parking in nearby residential neighborhoods, reduced competition for on-street parking for Village residents and much better utilization of the Beach Shuttle. NW
I wish they would wrap the trunks of the most beautiful palm trees in Capitola (The 2 that are across from the Bandstand on the Esplanade) with white twinkle lights and keep them up all year!… just sayin’…. LW
RAIN!!! Please let us have some rain! Multiple people
