Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History: June 14 Wild Raptors
Have you ever looked an owl in the eyes? Touched the talons of a falcon? Join us at the Museum for a special live show featuring the wild raptors from Native Bird Connections and learn how you can help these magnificent birds of prey survive and thrive in California.
The Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History, in partnership with Native Bird Connections, is presenting a special free Summer Saturday program featuring live raptors. It will take place outdoors on Saturday, June 14th at the Museum, which is located at 1305 E. Cliff Drive in Santa Cruz (near Seabright Beach, just look for the statue of the whale).
The live raptor program will be from 11:30-12:30 followed by nature crafts, food, and games from 12:30-1:30. Get a close up view, look an owl in the eye, or touch the talons of a falcon! Learn how you can help these magnificent birds of prey survive and thrive in California.
