Scotts Valley Farmers’ Market Moving to Old Kmart Parking Lot
Santa Cruz Community Farmers’ Markets
The CZU August Lightning Complex Fire is largely contained, but its ramifications continue to ripple through Santa Cruz and San Mateo counties. We here at Santa Cruz Community Farmers’ Markets hope that everyone who is being acutely impacted is finding support among family and community.
We are here for you in any way that we can be and are glad to announce that all five of our markets will be open and running by the end of this week.
The Felton Market reopened Tuesday to a small but enthusiastic welcome as people regain their footing in the mountain towns.
The Scotts Valley Market will open this Saturday in a NEW temporary location in the Scotts Valley Square Shopping Center off Mount Hermon Road in the old Kmart parking lot.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- The Felton Farmers’ Market REOPENED September 8.
- The Scotts Valley Farmers’ Market REOPENS Saturday, September 12. It will be hosted for the remainder of the season in the old Kmart parking in the Scotts Valley Square Shopping Center off of Mount Hermon Road. Thank you to the Pratt Family who made this space available to us and to everyone who hustled to support the SV Market when they learned that the CALFire headquarters is operating out of our standard market location.
- The Downtown SC, Westside SC and Live Oak markets are OPEN.
We are posting updates regularly on our website and via social media. Hoping to see all of your familiar faces in the aisles in the coming weeks. It’s been hard to be apart.
